Easy recipe: Green Mango Smoothie

This protein and fiber-packed green smoothie is delicious for breakfast or a snack. The recipe is cow milk-free, making it a great option for children with cow milk sensitivity. Plus, it’s gluten free and full of essential nutrients like calcium, vitamin A and vitamin C.

Green smoothie

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Makes 2 servings, each 1 cup (250ml)

Ingredients

2/3 cup frozen mango

2 pouches KABRITA Goat Milk Yogurt and Fruit – Mango Peach

1 medium banana

2 cups spinach

½ cup coconut milk

 Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Optional: add ice to thicken.

2. Serve and enjoy!

  1. I make smoothies all the time one of the reasons why I purchased a Vitamix. This Green Smoothie sounds delicious and packed full of healthy proteins. I think I am going to make this recipe for smoothies and also freeze some Green Smoothie popsicles as well. I really love the vibrant green of this smoothie.
